Quality Control Center
Our quality control is comprised of a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) , electronic gages, and high-precision measuring equipment. Quality test results are available upon request.
At J.W. Engineering Machine Shop we focus on precision, quality and quick turnaround .
Our machining capability includes CNC machines, machines with 3, 4, or 5 axes, turning centers, and screw machines. Therefore, we are capable of creating complex parts, high precision gages, tools, and specialized fixtures. We can produce large quantities or short runs, and can fabricate completed products or individual components.
We manufacture or fabricate mechanical, electromechanical, and hydraulic assemblies, subassemblies and components from a wide variety of materials including (but not limited to) mild and tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, brass, and plastic.
J.W. Engineering can meet a wide range of product specifications, and can do so to extremely tight tolerances. We machine parts for military, medical, aerospace, and commercial applications. We also have the ability to do reverse engineering. All products are tested for accuracy before shipping.
